In Fotokursen bei der VHS und in der Sommerakademie Neuburg\/Alfter (Bonn) hat sie ihr fotografisches Wissen vertieft.<\/p>\n<p>Das faszinierende am Fotografieren ist f\u00fcr die K\u00fcnstlerin der Blick auf Details und Ausschnitte. Auf Reisen kann Gabriela Wyland so den Blick f\u00fcr die Gegend sch\u00e4rfen und sie bisweilen anders sehen. Die Kamera wirkt f\u00fcr sie hierbei wie ein Brennglas, die Eindr\u00fccken auf das Wesentliche b\u00fcndelt und durch das genaue Hinsehen ungeahnte Details er\u00f6ffnet. Auf diese Weise entsteht f\u00fcr sie die M\u00f6glichkeit, in Allt\u00e4glichem Neues zu sehen.<\/p>\n<p>Es geht f\u00fcr sie darum, auch Nebens\u00e4chlichkeiten in den Fokus zu nehmen. Nebens\u00e4chlichkeiten oder Gegenst\u00e4nde, die etwas erlebt haben. So sucht sie das Sch\u00f6ne in Verbrauchtem, Abgelegtem oder Benutztem.<\/p>\n<p>Die ausgestellten Bilder sind haupts\u00e4chlich im asiatischen und europ\u00e4ischen Raum entstanden.
